1. Who We Are

physiotherapists.app is operated by HOSST, and is currently a pre-launch informational site — not yet a live health platform.

2. What This Notice Covers

This notice explains how physiotherapists.app handles information during this pre-launch, waitlist-only phase. It does not apply to the full Movement & Recovery platform once it launches — a new, comprehensive Privacy Policy will be published at that time.

3. What We Collect

The only personal information we collect is your email address, and only if you choose to join the waitlist. We do not collect names, health information, or any other personal details. Nothing you type into the "Ask" panel is collected, stored, or transmitted anywhere — it is not a live, connected assistant yet.

The waitlist is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect children's email addresses — if one reaches us, we'll delete it on request.

4. Why We Collect It

We use your email address for one purpose only: to notify you when physiotherapists.app opens. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form.

5. How Long We Keep It

Until we've notified you of launch, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

6. Not Medical Advice

physiotherapists.app is an informational, pre-launch site. Nothing on it constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for decisions about your health.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Contact privacy@physiotherapists.app to exercise any of these rights.

This site operates under the laws of England and Wales, in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Cookies

physiotherapists.app does not currently use cookies or tracking technologies. If this changes, we will update this notice first.

9. Changes to This Notice

Applies to the pre-launch phase only; will be replaced by a full Privacy Policy before physiotherapists.app opens to the public.
